Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Engineering, or similar field of study preferred; or equivalent years of related work experience required

Work Experiences:

  • 7+ years' management experience in supply chain, inventory management, logistics, finance or retail
  • Experience with analysis, data mining, financial analysis, economic order quantity modeling, game theory and customer/product segmentation
  • Project management experience preferred

Skills:

  • Ability to manage individuals and teams utilizing influence over direct authority inspiring high level performance
  • Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills with the ability to build innovative complex models to illustrate various scenarios of supply chain flows to compare KPIs
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills with the ability to drive successful partnerships with cross-functional leadership to execute strategic initiatives and develop strategic roadmap
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts in easy to understand language
  • Experience in retail and e-commerce industry
  • Provide superior customer service, demonstrating sound logic and judgment
  • Consistently operate with the highest level of discernment and confidentiality
  • Ability to operate professionally, effectively and ethically as an individual contributor and member of a team
  • Ability to remain organized, pay strict attention to detail, and meet critical deadlines within a high volume, fast-paced environment
  • Ability to effectively react and resolve conflict
  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, including Word and Power Point with expert level knowledge of Excel and Access
  • Acceptable level of hearing and vision to perform job duties

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the leadership, management, direction, follow-up, and performance reporting of carrier partners
  • Drive the execution of multiple business plans and projects
  • Develop optimal allocation and replenishment decisions to meet customer service levels and business metrics for Omni Channel fulfillment
  • Lead implementation of new systems and processes for logistics
  • Oversee logistics for financial and customer experience functions
  • Develop and maintain key product indicators (KPI)
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Academy policies, procedures and safety rules
  • Duties may change; Team Members may be required to perform other duties as assigned
