Adecco staffing is working with a client in Wilmington, MA, and we are searching for a qualified Customer Service/Sales Representative!
This is a temp-to-permanent role!
HOURS: 8:30-5, Monday-Friday
Pay: $22-$25/hr DOE
The Customer Service Representative attracts potential customers by answering product and service questions; suggesting information about other products and services. Process orders, prepare correspondences and fulfill customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction.
Create Pricing Activity reports to assure ongoing management visibility of pricing activities and the ability to evaluate integrity of the pricing process
Confirms pricing and acknowledges order entry within 24 hours of receipt of order
Proactively generate sales and promote Company products
Resolve customer pricing discrepancies
Update ERP pricing based on sales team quotation in SalesForce.com
Provide customers with pricing via quotation system
Undertake periodic review of obsolete Customer Product Pricing
Ensure data entry accuracy including pricing, product codes, case counts and dates on stock transfers and customer orders
Pricing programs for each customer, including sending customers weekly updates
Serve as primary point of contact for communication with sales reps, customers, inventory/purchasing, marketing, technical services group, corporate credit and warehouse to gain resolution and/or clarification on various issues pertaining to customer accounts/orders
