Adecco is currently assisting a local client in their search to fill a Fraud Claims Analyst job in Kansas City, MO! Apply now if you meet the qualifications listed below!

Type: Contract

Length: 5+-months (with possibility of longer assignment)

Pay: $16/hr / Adecco W2

Shift/Hours: Mon – Fri, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm - Must Have Open and Flexible availability for overtime hours if needed.

Responsibilities for this Claims Analyst job include, but are not limited to:

  • Review and gather claim details and documentation
  • Manage personal caseload, meet deadlines, and manage time effectively
  • Interview clients, possible suspects, merchants, and police departments
  • Monitor pending claims for needed information and coordinate with management to ensure claims are processed
  • Qualifications for this Claims Anlyst job:

  • Experience with Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint
  • 1-3 years of experience in a customer service information
  • 1+ year of claims or financial services experience
