The mission of the Experiences team is to innovate AT&T's eCommerce approach. We incubate, test, and ultimately deliver, customer-driven digital shopping experiences. This eCommerce Manger role will be critical to defining the strategy of those experiences and be responsible for forming the partnerships (both internally and externally) that will differentiate our properties.
This role requires a strong business acumen with an orientation to Business Development. Possessing an entrepreneurial flare is a plus, as the successful candidate will enjoy owning and delivering on a breadth of tasks and analyses. Internally, this role will work cross-functionally with marketing, creative, product, legal, supply-chain, operations, and technology teams to enable the launch of digital-experiences. Externally, this person will be working with today's premier connected-device and consumer-electronics manufacturers.
The eCommerce Manager – Experience Partnerships will be comfortable analyzing market and competitive conditions, while evaluating existing business, product, and operational capability. They will help inform models, product roadmaps, and process design. This position requires a knowledge of partnership agreements, partnership revenue-models, and eCommerce marketplaces.
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science or Engineering, Digital Marketing nanodegree, or equivalent experience preferred.
Experience: Typically requires 5-9 years of digital experience.
