Provides indirect patient care in the facility. Meets the communication needs of the patient, family and staff. Prepares and compiles records in the facility. Initiates directions from physician and nursing staff. Maintains regulatory agency requirements, nursing and facility policies and procedures and standards.Requirements
- Current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire date.
- Current Certification as a State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) or applicable work experience working as a nursing assistant or unit clerk.
- High school graduate or equivalent.
