Candidates will perform various hand soldering and mechanical assembly required in the manufacturing of electronic assemblies in a fast-paced, quality-focused environment. Candidates will need to perform various paint touch up, mechanical assembly, and hand soldering tasks. Candidates will work with various tools including soldering irons, wire strippers, ovens, microscopes, ring lights, hand tools, and measuring devices. Task requires an ability to sit comfortably for long periods of time while meeting quality and rate goals.
Candidates must have a working knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite of products and be able to use a computer to communicate with team.Tasks require the ability to interpret assembly drawings, work independently, and use clear written or oral communication to share information with team members and management.
Typical Education & Experience
Typically a High School Diploma or equivalent experience
Required Skills and Education
Minimum of six (6) months of electronic assembly experience.
High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to pass drug and background screenings. US citizenship
Preferred Skills and Education
Active IPC-A-610 and J-STD-001 certifications.
