We are seeking a Maintenance Technicianfor our surgery center. You will be responsible for providing and contributing to the company's mission, vision, and values by performing basic maintenance and repairs of the facility. You will be responsible for routine maintenance duties and urgent, corrective and routine repairs within the facility.
What you will do in this role:
You will assist in analyzing, diagnosing, and repairing malfunctioning equipment and building components
You will perform preventative maintenance on equipment
You will execute work orders and trouble calls as required and notify proper authorities when critical equipment is not working properly
When opening the building, you will ensure the proper operation of the essential surgical systems
You will move department furnishings and assist in the management of surgery center assets
You will Assist purchasing agent in ordering parts, supplies or contract services as needed for maintenance
You will be responsible for documentation necessary to maintain records for the facility

Qualifications you will need:
- One year of experience working in maintenance or construction field
- Previous work experience in a medical setting preferred
