Role Summary:

The Billing SME will demonstrate leadership incommunication and in data compilation to support the billing process across allBaker Hughes. In this role, you willutilize your experience or expertise to solve problems, develop and executeobjectives for self and others, and effect short-term and some long-termbusiness goals.

Essential Responsibilities: In the role of Billing SME, you will:
    Lead collaboration and discussion across allbusiness to build out a current state framework (process mapping). This rolewith work with several functions, including finance, strategic sourcing,procurement, material management, logistics/warehousing, AMO, andmanufacturing.Deliver and execute competitive and strategicprocess enhancements to improve billing accuracy, cycle time, andcross-coverage support. Be accountable for broad billing-relatedobjectives. In this role, the BillingSME will be involved in continuous improvement planning and execution. This will include partnering with thebusiness to transform the process in order to eliminate the sources of defects. Collaborate with Manufacturing Excellence,Business Transformation, and across region(s) to ensure alignment; leverage andshare best practices to drive one culture and one operating systemFacilitate, train, and coach team members in theuse of continuous improvement toolsCommunicates recommendations and solutionsacross the organization, including senior leadershipLeads, performs and monitors the changes inprocess, policy and procedurePerforms various internal audits, as requested
Qualifications/Requirements:
    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Businessfrom an accredited college or university or equivalent knowledge/experienceSome experience in process improvement
