Role Summary:

In this position, you will serve as the site HR Leader forthe Deer Park, TX facility, and will be the HR Partner for the Finance,Quality, and Services organizations for the Flow & Process Technologies(F&PT) business in North America. In addition, this role will be activelyinvolved in driving strategy related to HR Analytics for the organization. Youwill act as an employee advocate and partner to the TPS people leaders on allissues related to human resources. You should be a proactive communicator and changeagent, someone who can successfully balance employee needs with businessobjectives to create integrated solutions.

The HR Partner will support leaders and employees acrossthe TPS business in North America, including site HR leadership for the Deer Park,TX manufacturing facility.

Essential Responsibilities: In the role of HR Partner, you will:
  • Provide dedicated support and guidance to PeopleLeaders and employees on HR fundamentals including: talent development,performance management, talent section, rewards, employee relations issues, etc
  • Serve as an extenstion to assigned clientleadership team(s) to provide input and guidance regarding initiatives from anHR perspective
  • Provide coaching, advice, and guidance onmatters such as policies, employment law, employee relations, organizational design,performance issues, leadership, management practices, etc
  • Partner with TPS HR Directors to executebusiness-specific organizational initiatives
  • Conduct HR training and support for functionalprocesses like Performance Development (PD), Talent Reviews, Salary Planning andNew Employee Orientation, etc
  • Partner with Centers of Excellence to facilitatetransactional HR processes to ensure success in core functional areas (staffingand reruiting, HR operations, OTD initiatives, etc)
  • Manage employee relations issues and ensureconcerns are properly identified, reported & resolved
  • Assure compliance with all applicable local lawsand corporate policies/guidelines, and identify opportunities to develop andimplement new practices/guidelines to achieve business goals
  • HR policy/training- Ensure consistentapplication and integration of policies, procedures and practices at 100%compliance to promote an ethical and compliant work environment
  • Analyze and interpret data as required tosupport HR strategy (organization fitness design metrics) in core functionalareas (retention, span and layers compliance, diversity, etc.)
  • Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources from anaccredited college or university (OR High School Diploma / GED from anaccredited school or institution and a minimum of 7 years of Human Resourcesexperience)
  • Minimum 3 years of Human Resources experience

  • Master's Degree in Human Resources from anaccredited college or university
  • Excellent organizational and interpersonalskills combined with strong drive to create a positive work environment
  • Demonstrated success in a matrixedorganizational structure
  • Internal and external customer service focusexperience
  • Excellent analytical, verbal and writtencommunication skills
  • Familiarity with HRIS and facilitation oftransactional HR activities
  • Solid PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Exceland Power Point skills
  • Experience in change management
