Using independent judgment and discretion, the Executive Recruiter will drive the full-lifecycle recruitment and onboarding activities for all Directors, VP's and C'Suite searches.
Work from home and must live in Kentucky or Indiana.
Leading hiring manager discussions for openings,
Research and implement cost - effective and creative sourcing methods,
Screening candidates using behavioral based techniques,
Obtaining salary quotes while understanding the marketplace,
Extending verbal offers,
Generating offer letters, with complex verbiage
Working with vendors for relocation, temporary housing etc.
Ensuring that all required pre-employment checks and compliance requirements adhere with all company policies and regulatory requirements.
Minimum Education and Training:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
Directly related work experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
4-7 Years of Executive Recruitment experience either in a Corporate or Executive Search Firm setting.
