Job Description:

Primarily responsible for greeting and interacting appropriately with patients. Providing patient redirection when necessary, obtaining necessary consent forms and other admission or daily paperwork, informing clinicians that patients are present, answering the phones, scheduling patients, making reminder phone calls to patients, obtaining medication pre-certifications and medication calls to pharmacies and performing clerical duties as assigned. Responsible for gathering performance improvement data for assigned programs. All employees will continually monitor and adhere to safety responsibilities and initiatives.

Education, Training & Licensure: High school graduate or equivalent required. Patient reception experience preferred. Must have computer skills and be familiar with various software programs.

Must be able to work and communicate effectively with others. Must be highly organized and have excellent communication skills and good judgment. Must be well organized and stay calm in stressful situations.
