Job Title: Faculty Clinician

Job Duties
- Primarily responsible for treating a wide range of medical conditions, developing long-term, personal relationships with patients, and producing individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data, and offer continuous support and health management advice.
- Create patient-specific health programs that make use of historical data.
- Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' condition.
- Analyze test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment. Monitor and adapt individualized health programs over time.
- Schedule and administer follow-up examinations.
- Make use of patient health data in medical analyses.
- Offer comprehensive wellness exams.
- Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
- Immunize patients.
- Prescribe treatments or therapies and medications.
- Perform medical operations.
- Recommend specialists for treatment outside of capacity.
- Educate patients in health management and disease prevention.
- Treats both adults and children.
Requires a Medical Degree (MD) and completion of 3-year family practice residency. The Faculty Clinician must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Texas and BC/BE in Family Medicine.
