Job Title: Faculty Clinician

• Primarily responsible for treating a wide range of medical conditions, developing long-term, personal relationships with patients, and producing individualized healthcare programs based on patient historical data, and offer continuous support and health management advice.
• Create patient-specific health programs that make use of historical data.
• Order, perform, and interpret tests and analyze records, reports, and examination information to diagnose patients' condition.
• Analyze test data or images to inform diagnosis or treatment. Monitor and adapt individualized health programs over time.
• Schedule and administer follow-up examinations.
• Make use of patient health data in medical analyses.
• Offer comprehensive wellness exams.
• Prescribe or administer treatment, therapy, medication, vaccination, and other specialized medical care to treat or prevent illness, disease, or injury.
• Immunize patients.
• Prescribe treatments or therapies and medications.
• Perform medical operations.
• Recommend specialists for treatment outside of capacity.
• Educate patients in health management and disease prevention.
• Treats both adults and children.

Requires a Medical Degree (MD) and completion of 3-year family practice residency. The Faculty Clinician must be licensed to practice medicine in the State of Texas and BC/BE in Family Medicine.
