Bed Bath and Beyond Inc. is looking for a highly motivated, customer-oriented Digital Production Support Analyst, to join our fast-paced e-commerce environment.
In this position, you will be required to possess strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. You will be considered as the companies' front liner, responsible for problem recognition, research, isolation, resolution and follow-up steps in an efficient and accurate manner. In this role, you will also be communicating directly with the business, store and internal Support teams via electronic channels and utilities.
Provides first level customer technical support and training resolution via email and other utilities
Analyzes customer feedback to spot common trends and underlying problems
Ensures that all support requests are well documented in the ticketing system from the creation of the ticket to the successful resolution
Escalates incidents to the higher level of management
Stays current with system information, technology changes, and updates
Recognizes, recommends, and supports improvements
Provides on-call/after-hours support when needed
Skills & Requirements:
Strong analytical, organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to identify and troubleshoot complex issues by utilizing monitoring tools such as Quantum Metrics, Sumo Logic & NewRelic APM
Ability to work on multiple tasks with various team members and/or other groups both internally and externally
Ability to deliver quality results utilizing effective time management skills
Ability to work independently to develop new skills as needed to support new products and applications
Experience working with ticketing systems and remote-control technologies
Good oral and written communication skills
