AFC Urgent Care – Bon Secours is part of our family in Greenville, South Carolina. We currently have 6 Urgent Care locations in Greenville and will be opening another one this year. We are known for advanced patient care provided by expert providers and staff, particularly in the areas of urgent care and occupational medicine. ABOUT BON SECOURS ST. FRANCIS HEALTH SYSTEM
The following qualifications are the minimum requirements necessary to adequately perform this job. However, any equivalent combination of experience, education and training which provides the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities would be acceptable, subject to any legal and/or regulatory requirements.
1. Currently licensed as a Nurse Practitioner by the State Board of Nursing of South Carolina
2. Nationally certified as a NP through American Nurse Credentialing Center
3. Master's Degree in Nursing
4. CPR certified
5. DOT certified or within 4 months of employment
6. Suturing skills preferred
7. ACLS and PALS certification within one year of employment, if required by practice
8. Aware of importance of maintaining good rapport with fellow workers, physicians, personnel of other departments, patients, families and visitors.
