All Source Analyst, Senior

As an intelligence analyst, you use your specialized technical, language, regional, functional, or military experience and your attention to detail to develop [reports, intelligence, products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help your client achieve their analytic goals, support investigations, or provide products for the consumption of the intelligence community.  Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, open source, etc. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for counterintelligence clients. As the authority on your topic your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset into counterintelligence and other missions.  You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. You will conduct analysis using intelligence and information from multiple sources to assess, interpret, forecast, and explain a range of national security issues and developments that are regional or functional in nature. You will provide all-source analytic support to collections, operations, investigations, and other defense intelligence analytic requirements.  You will identify, monitor, and assess foreign intelligence efforts attempting collection of sensitive national security information on US persons, activities and interests, including threats posed by emerging technologies to US operations and interests.  You will apply understanding of foreign intelligence capabilities and activities, US and foreign partner counterintelligence (CI) capabilities, and TTPs for in-depth analytic research and production of all-source CI studies and contributes to developing CI strategies. You will provide focused analytical support to CI investigations and provide Technical Analysis, White Papers, Presentations and Historical Trend Analysis.  You will produce finished intelligence and responses to RFI on force protection and foreign threats to the US Army and the DoD worldwide.

You Have:

  • 12+ years of experience with the intelligence community
  • Experience with Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (AR 381-12), US Army Counterintelligence (AR 381-20), US Intelligence (AR 381-10), and CI Activities in Cyberspace (DoDI 5240.23)
  • Experience as an All Source Intelligence analyst utilizing contemporary national IC databases
  • Knowledge of Intelligence Community Directive 203 Analytic Standards
  • TS/SCI Clearance
  • HS diploma or GED and 20 years of experience in the intelligence community, AA or AS degree and 16 years of experience in the intelligence community, BA or BS degree and 14 years of experience in the intelligence community, or MA or MS degree
  • Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service equivalent

Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
