Budget Analyst, Senior

That's why we need you, a financial analyst who can easily navigate the requirements, policies, and regulations that govern funding, to make national intelligence resources make the most impact.
As a financial analyst on our team, you'll create a financial management strategy to help our client's budget and allocation programs succeed. You'll work with senior intelligence community officers as they build an actionable plan for your client to secure the funding needed to achieve their goals. Using your knowledge of laws, regulations, and policies, you'll help your client develop well-formed requirements. Once the funding is in place, you'll make sure the funding is used efficiently through consistent tracking and communication with data visualization reporting, analytic models and integrated program reviews. -Experience with working on performance management, budget formulation, and execution processes for intelligence community (IC) programs or the DoD
-Experience with applying expertise in analytics and diagnostics, including qualified techniques for mission requirements
-Experience with conducting independent research and analysis and developing briefing materials for senior executives
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel and IC and government financial systems
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with SharePoint
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills, including presenting results to senior leadership in oral or written formats
-BA or BS degree in Business Administration, Operations Research, Data Analytics, Economics, or Mathematics
