C-UAS Strategic and Operational Planner, Senior
You can coordinate with Combatant Command (COCOM), other service component commands, and interagency stakeholders to properly plan, prepare, and resource strategic and operational requirements. You'll conduct mission analysis, including staff estimates, courses of action, and decision support templates for campaign and contingency plans. You'll participate in or facilitate Operational Planning Teams (OPTs), bureaus, boards, cells, conferences, and working group (B2C2WG) events, information paper development, operational and strategic assessments, and response to or creation of Requests for Information (RFIs). You'll contribute to the development, analysis, and evaluation of policy, processes, and systems related to counter unmanned aerial systems (C-UAS) requirements. You will support other initiatives and requirements, including institutional and operational level security cooperation capacity building events, organizational assessment and input to higher headquarters. You'll contribute to the synchronization of objectives, activities, and investments (OAI) in a matrix organization with multiple functional areas and provide written reports and briefs to senior military audiences.

- 5 years of experience with the Military Decision Making Process (MDMP) or Joint Planning Process
- Experience with the Army Corps or Joint Staff
- Knowledge of C-UAS doctrine and policies in the Pacific AOR
- TS/SCI clearance
- BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience as G5 or J5 staff
- Experience with Army FA59, SAMS, or Advanced Military Studies
- Experience with using Microsoft Office
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
- PMP Certification
