Collaboration Solutions End User Support Engineer
Serve as a subject matter expert for Microsoft Office 365 and SharePoint services. Provide troubleshooting, issue resolution, incident management, and end user training. Provide recommendations to content owners regarding Microsoft Office 365 best practices. Translate the needs of end users into recommendations to the collaboration solutions team. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.
-2+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Office 365
-Experience troubleshooting on a collaborative platform
-Knowledge of best practices of site management in SharePoint
-Ability to create new SharePoint Web content and maintain a SharePoint Website
-Ability to work well in a team environment and with end users
-Ability to work as a self-starter and learn new technologies and software engineering practices
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with Teams, Flow Power Apps, and Power BI preferred
-SharePoint related training a plus
