Compliance Monitoring Program Data Analyst

Key Role:

Serve as a compliance monitoring program data analyst on an internal team within Booz Allen Hamilton. Manage and analyze large and complex data sets and generate meaningful analysis and reporting used to monitor compliance with applicable laws, rules, and regulations, drive risk mitigation, and formulate program enhancements, responses, and remediation. Assist with the design, implementation, and day-to-day operations of the compliance monitoring program. Coordinate with multiple teams and systems enterprise-wide to collect, compile, analyze, and report on data, including the development and presentation of regular and ad hoc reports. Apply knowledge of analytical processes, tools, and methods to design metrics and reports and present information in a concise and impactful manner, including root cause analysis, predictive analytics, and trend analysis.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with data and analysis

-Experience with reporting infrastructure, design and development, and report creation and maintenance using enterprise reporting tools

-Experience with providing customized ad-hoc reports by extracting data from databases using available business intelligence tools as requested by management

-Experience in working closely with clients to gather reporting and data requirements to develop processes and analytics related to data patterns and trends

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Excel

-AA or AS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with using Tableau

-Ability to ensure understanding of the various data models and solutions

-Ability to write clear, concise, and accurate summaries of factual findings

-Ability to work as a team player

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
