Corporate Financial Education Manager, Senior

Key Role:

Lead the development of financially-oriented educational efforts, focused primarily on the executive level in a highly impactful role. Drive the development of material and programs that cultivate the understanding of our firm's economics and equip our leaders with the knowledge, expertise, and abilities to drive exceptional financial results within a very dynamic corporate environment. Lead the translation of content to ensure relevance for audiences of many levels, although the primary focus is on executive-level audiences. Work collaboratively with members of the financial education team to identify and develop content with our learning and development team to design and conduct content delivery. Maintain excellent working relationships with relevant subject matter experts across the finance organization to support the creation of learning content and validate and socialize content with leaders within and beyond the finance organization.

Basic Qualifications:

-10+ years of experience with financial operations n a large complex corporate environment, including delivering consultative business guidance on financial matters to senior executive leaders

-Knowledge of financial operations in a consulting model, including staffing, billability, indirect cost management, job profit, and return on investment

-Ability to engage effectively with and develop content relevant to an executive audience

-Ability to establish and deliver on strategic goals and milestones quickly in a swiftly moving and rapidly changing business environment

-Ability to display a track record of results driven by learning new skill sets, the curiosity to explore underlying business drivers, and align methods with motivations

-BA or BS degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or Business

Additional Qualifications:

-MA or MS degree in Finance or Accounting preferred; MBA degree a plus
