Counterintelligence Analyst, Mid

The Challenge:

As an Intelligence Analyst, you use your specialized technical, language, regional, functional, and military experience and your attention to detail to develop reports, intelligence, products, and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. If you have strong analytical skills and a problem-solving mindset, we have an opportunity to use those skills to support our warfighters and protect our national security.

As an Counterintelligence Analyst on our team, you'll help your client achieve their analytic goals, support investigations, or provide products for the consumption of the intelligence community. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources, including SIGINT, GEOINT, OSINT, MASINT, and open source. You'll validate information and develop tradecraft as you build assessments for counterintelligence clients. As the authority on your topic your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise and broaden your skillset in counterintelligence.  You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources to learn new skills and tools. You Have:

  • 8 years of experience in the intelligence field
  • Experience with Army Regulation Threat Awareness and Reporting Program (AR 381-12), Army Regulation US Army Counterintelligence Program (AR 381-20), Army Regulation US Intelligence Program (AR 381-10), and DoD Instruction CI Activities in Cyberspace (DoDI 5240.23)
  • Experience as an All Source Intelligence Analyst utilizing contemporary national Information Center databases
  • TS/SCI clearance required
  • BA or BS degree required

Nice If You Have:

  • Experience with Intelligence Community Directive 203, Analytic Standards
  • Graduate of in-residence Fundamentals of Intelligence Analysis course or Military Service

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
