Cyber Policy Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Provide policy guidance and program management oversight in a highly visible, fast-paced DoD Program Office. Provide technical and analytic support in the development and expansion of program activities.

Develop briefings, reports, correspondence, and other materials for DoD leadership. Communicate, develop and provide recommendations to DoD leadership related to maintaining critical program information. Support program coordination efforts involving other DoD components and Government departments and agencies. Support the facilitation and execution of DoD industry engagements to enable DoD policy and technology initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with DoD policies and regulations

-8+ years of experience with program management practices

-Experience with developing and briefing material to senior clients to support decision-making

-Experience with briefing senior clients and team members on technical, policy, and functional issues

-Experience with writing or drafting executive or formal senior-level correspondence

-Knowledge in Cybersecurity and/or a strong technical understanding

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel

-Top Secret clearance required

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with supporting senior-level organizations

-Experience with the development of DoD-level policies, strategies, or equivalent issuances

-Knowledge of NIST 800 series publications

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

-Possession of excellent organizational skills

-TS/SCI clearance preferred

-Security+ certification
