Apply an in-depth comprehension of cybersecurity to improve the security posture across the DoD services. Support efforts in Cybersecurity, analytics, and data engineering and architecture to develop strategies to improve Cyber resiliency. Develop a process to make Cyber vulnerability assessments searchable to provide insights and enable recommendation of mitigation actions to product owners. Review assessment reports and extract data in a normalized format. Perform data entries in a workflow management tool. Communicate with stakeholders to collect additional data, when necessary. Collaborate with the team to design conceptual and logical data models and flowcharts. Evaluate solutions to implement the process and work with OSD-level clients to deliver a recommended solution architecture.
-Experience in a Cybersecurity Analyst, Cybersecurity Specialist, Cybersecurity Engineer, or a similar role in the Cyber domain
-Experience with Workflow Management, RMF, and other relevant tools, including eMASS, XACTA, or Microsoft Excel
-Knowledge of performing security control assessments and generating plan of action and milestones (POAMs)
-Knowledge of data visualization concepts
-Ability to be a team player and see tasks through to completion
-TS/SCI clearance required
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with the Risk Management Framework (RMF) process
-Experience with supporting OSD, Service HQ, JS, or CYBERCOM offices
-BS degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Engineering preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
-CISSP, CASP, RMF, or a Cyber industry Certification
