Cybersecurity Assessment and Authorization Analyst, Mid

Key Role:

Evaluate and support the documentation, validation, assessment, and accreditation processes necessary to ensure that information technology (IT) systems meet information assurance (IA) and security requirements. Provide Cybersecurity and privacy analysis assistance throughout the security assessment and compliance life cycle process. Maintain responsibility for the continuous monitoring of Cybersecurity and privacy policies, programs, compliance artifacts, and standards in support of government and industry security compliance, systems accreditation, and management. Support the administration of the documentation, validation, and accreditation processes necessary to assure systems meet security and privacy requirements.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with supporting Information Assurance (IA) or Assessment and Authorization (A&A) efforts for DoD systems

-Experience with Risk Management Framework (RMF)

-Experience with DoD Cybersecurity policies, directives, and STIGs

-Secret clearance

-BA or BS degree

-DoD 8570.01 IAT Level II Certification, including Security+ CE

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with leveraging tools, including ACAS, CMRS, and eMASS preferred

-Experience with assessing organizational risks and recommending mitigation strategies

-Knowledge of NIST 800 series publications

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills

Clearance:
