Cybersecurity Engineer, Lead
Everyone knows security needs to be “baked in” to a system architecture, but you actually know how to bake it in. You can identify and implement ways to harden systems and reduce their attack surface. What if you could use your cyber engineering and architecture skills to lead the design and building of secure systems for the defense community? We're looking for an lead security architect who can create and lead teams responsible for the design and implementation of secure solutions that will stand up to even the most advanced cyber threats.
As a lead cyber architect, you'll you will lead the architecture and security design efforts in support of our clients. You'll coordinate work with internal teams, client stakeholders, and OEM vendors to identify the right mix of tools and techniques to translate your customer's IT needs and future goals into a plan that will enable secure and effective solutions. We need to come up with the best solution, so you'll advise on new techniques, break free from the legacy model, and go where the industry is going. You'll lead the team through a critical approach to network design, providing alternatives and customizing solutions to maintain a balance of security and mission needs. You'll lead efforts to help customers overcome their most difficult challenges by integrating secure practices like endpoint based detection, response EDR, multi-factor authentication, identity and access management, advanced analytics. You'll be able to broaden your skillset into areas like cloud security, security orchestration and automation, and advanced threat detection analytics while building peace of mind in a critical infrastructure. As a technical leader, you'll identify new opportunities to use cybersecurity solutions to help your customers meet their toughest challenges.

-10+ years of experience with Cybersecurity or IT
-Experience with enterprise security solutions and network analysis
-Experience with security information event management (SIEM) tools
-Experience in working with cybersecurity tools in a cloud environment
-Ability to lead network defense teams responsible for the monitoring of enterprise systems, identification of cyber vulnerabilities and attack vectors, designing threat mitigation strategies, and implementing IT services roadmaps to address cybersecurity needs
-Ability to communicate complex technical concepts and project information clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical audiences
-Top Secret clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Security+, CASP, CISM, or CISSP Certification
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with enterprise information security management tools, including Splunk, ELK, Tanium, or Forescout for analyzing cyber audit data and reports and generating content
-BA or BS degree in Computer Engineering, CS, Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related IT field
