Demand Center Manager

Key Role:

Leverage your experience with analyzing behavioral insights, managing Data Management Platforms (DMPs), and evangelizing your findings to cross-functional stakeholders and business leaders. Work closely with account-based marketers, creative, media, and technical and channel strategists to establish digital objectives, develop strategic plans, and guide content and tactics across multiple channels that drive successful business outcomes. Use audience behavioral data and insights to evaluate both tactics and campaigns while driving strategy. Help to drive the evolution of integrated platforms and data, audience segmentation and application to strategy, engagement, and analytics. Maintain a thorough comprehension of current and emerging trends, methods, and technologies and provide thought leadership and guidance.

Basic Qualifications:

-8+ years of experience with developing digitally driven B2B demand generation or lead generation and nurture programs

-2+ years of experience with setting strategy and using and evolving marketing automation platforms (MAP) and customer relationship management (CRM) platforms and data

-Experience with defining, launching, managing, and optimizing optimize audience segmentation programs through analyzing, evangelizing application, and reporting of audience behavioral insights from 1st and 3rd party sources

-Experience with managing and using Oracle's Eloqua or other top enterprise marketing automation platforms, including Marketo or Pardot and evangelizing capabilities and use

-Experience with building and executing omnichannel campaigns strategy across multiple, concurrent priorities using an integrated mix of digital, print, and experiential at an enterprise level

-Experience with comprehending, assessing, and using marketing technologies to drive the adoption of new tools and tactics to meet goals, improve business processes, and increase the efficiency of marketing operations

-Knowledge of the implementation, integration, optimization, analysis, and system procedures of enterprise data marketing platforms and the application of marketing data and automation with enterprise content management, analytics, and content personalization systems

-Knowledge of privacy and GDPR to manage marketing data and ensure firmwide compliance in partnership with legal

-Ability to operate across a large organization to build relationships to work with and influence diverse, multiple stakeholders at various levels of seniority successfully

-HS diploma or GED

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with driving demand in or marketing professional services

-Experience with using Oracle Eloqua

-Experience with using Adobe Audience Manager

-Experience with using Adobe Target

-Experience with B2G marketing

-Experience with driving transformation of digital strategies, technologies, processes, or resourcing for an enterprise

-Experience with managing and identifying possible 3rd party and 2nd party data opportunities

-Knowledge of the latest industry trends and use cases surrounding the use of a DMP

-Ability to work well independently and in a collaborative team environment and multitask across multiple projects and clients to effectively manage priorities

-BA or BS degree

-Eloqua Certification
