Digital Signal Processing Engineer
Our team is developing new ways to improve communications in noisy terrestrial and space environments. That's why we need you, an electrical engineer with a background in signal processing or RF engineering, to help us design and develop innovative methods for sharing data collected by multiple, possibly mobile antennas. You'll work in a lab with other engineers and with engineers distributed across the country designing and prototyping systems using wideband SDRs, RF over IP, precise time synchronization, and other technologies. You'll directly impact DoD communications by improving signal reception and information sharing. We'll look to you to share your electrical engineering expertise through leadership and mentoring junior staff. This is a chance to use your experience-based knowledge in signal processing, communications or RF while broadening your skillset into areas like RF over IP and wideband communications. - Experience with signal processing, RF engineering, or wideband communications
- Knowledge of phased arrays, precise time synchronization, and relative position determination
- Ability to work in a small team in person and remotely with other engineers
- Secret clearance
- BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
- Experience with electronic warfare and phased arrays
- Ability to write and present engineering ideas to non-engineers clearly
- Top Secret clearance
- MA or MS degree in Electrical Engineering
