F-35 Program Manager
Provide leadership to develop, implement, and assess F-35 portfolio solutions in respective capabilities or area of expertise, including technology, policy, strategy, capability development, force or generation readiness, or business or military operations that support clients within the F-35 market. Maintain responsibility for achieving goals in the areas of capture responsibility to grow and expand the business, including managing team usage at targeted levels and maintaining administrative costs. Maintain oversight or be directly involved in managing the costs and profits of client engagements within assigned accounts. Define, shape, and lead proposal efforts where decisions made grow and expand the business.Supervise staff and analyze the management of budgets, schedules, and project operations.
15+ years experience in the DoD aerospace field
Experience with managing large government contracts or leading large military organizations
Experience with supporting major military staff, including Joint Staff, Air Staff, or an Air Combatant Command
Knowledge of DoD acquisition processes
Knowledge of leading large scale business development capture and proposal activities
Ability to communicate with senior-level personnel effectively
BA or BS degree
Experience as a rated fighter experience supporting Integrated Logistics Support elements preferred
Experience with Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word preferred
MA or MS degree a plus
Program Management Professional (PMP) Certification
