Global Employee Engagement Program Project Manager

Key Role:

Support the firm's diversity and inclusion strategy, including the planning and execution of a firm-wide employee engagement program. Partner with regional offices to design their location tours and gatherings. Liaise with local office leads and Business Resource Group (BRG) chapters to plan events and support reach back for content, senior leader engagement as speakers, and connection to other micro-events. Support communications plan development and ensure connections to corporate affairs and employee communications groups. Support local leads in crafting after-action summaries and track event attendance by location and level as the movement continues around the globe. Identify opportunities for BRG members and senior leaders to speak or support micro-events, coordinate travel and planning with Chiefs of Staff and in-country teams, and capture stories to support digital presence and external thought pieces. Due to the nature of work performed within this facility, U.S. citizenship is required.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience with professional services
  • Experience with writing across multiple mediums, including presentations and e-mail and tailoring to multiple audiences
  • Experience with supporting and coordinating across executive stakeholders, management, and teams
  • Experience with designing process and logistics for programs and events or projects
  • Experience with project management, handling budgets, and operationalizing strategies into achievements, deliverables, and tactics
  • Experience with building actionable business strategies and plans
  • Ability to influence internal and external senior stakeholders
  • BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

  • Experience with successful goal or vision alignment, including effectively facilitating groups through decision-making and conflict
  • Ability to operate in an abstract environment
  • Ability to build followership across matrixed team to deliver on project goals and outcomes
  • Ability to coordinate or mobilize volunteers and organize data and processes for expressing interest, project matching, engagement, and feedback requests
