As an intelligence analyst, you use your specialized military experience and your attention to detail to develop analytic products to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As a lead intelligence analyst on our team, you'll help manage a team of analysts as they help your client understand their operational landscape. Using your comprehensive understanding of various collection platforms, you'll advise your client on new data sources and tradecraft, as your team builds assessments for internal client publications and IC-wide use. As the authority on your targets of interest, your client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to broaden your skillset into areas like open source intelligence. You'll share your expertise with other analysts through leadership and mentoring. As a technical leader, you'll identify new opportunities to help your customers meet their toughest analytic challenges. - 8+ years of experience as an all source analyst
- Experience with the Army Defense Common Ground System
- Knowledge of the intelligence support role in the Army Military Decision Making Process
- Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam
- HS diploma or GED
- Completion of Army Officer Basic or Advanced Course 350F, 35-F course, or IC equivalent
