Military Analyst, Lead

Key Role:
Provide professional leadership and apply Joint military expertise through onsite consulting assistance stationed overseas. Demonstrate excellent client delivery expertise by diplomatically coordinating and providing support to Combined and Joint international personnel. Apply expertise in technical writing, comprehension, guidance, and training. Lead complex tasks and promote teamwork by collaborating with onsite assigned personnel. This position will require international travel.

Basic Qualifications:

-20+ years of experience as a US military officer in a warfare or intelligence specialty at the O6 level
-Experience with Microsoft Office, including developing PowerPoint briefings
-Experience as a Joint qualified officer with JPME Phases I or II, including Joint Staff, Combatant Command staff, or Joint Task Force staff

-Experience on a Joint HQ J8 Staff

-Experience with developing and managing comprehensive Joint- and Force-specific Capabilities requirements programs

-Ability to provide Joint expertise in the full spectrum of JFC8 functions, including requirements determination and validation, named operations resource tracking, Joint Urgent Operational Needs statements, document and propose solutions to close gaps in Joint Force interoperability issues

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with deployments and working overseas
-Experience with foreign military personnel related to security assistance and cooperative programs
-Ability to display proficiency in a MENA region language or dialect a plus
-MA or MS degree preferred

-Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification a plus
