Military Program Analyst
Ensure costs for the organization's products or services are allocated according to corporate procedures and in compliance with GAAP, Cost Accounting Standards, and Federal Acquisitions Regulations (FAR). Gather historical cost data, including materials, labor, depreciation, and operating expenses, allocate costs, and prepare reports to compare budgets with actual expenses. Provide technical or operational support to projects and programs. Perform complex financial and administrative reporting for programs or contracts. Conduct cost, schedule, contract performance, variance, and risk analyses and prepare reports, as required. Analyze the development of cost controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract and program status, ensuring compliance with government and customer requirements.
-Experience with quantitative and qualitative data analysis
-Experience with Microsoft Excel
-Ability to work with minimal supervision
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree
-Experience with the DoD or US Army a plus
-Possession of excellent teamwork skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Secret clearance preferred
