Organizational Property Administrator
Work as an organizational property administrator (OPA), providing leadership, change management, and execution support for asset management or property segments to an accountable property official. Lead efforts to define the Level of Work (LOE) of property workflows and work with functional stakeholders within the program office and Navy client to analyze and execute new business processes. Work with leadership to prioritize critical task deliverables and financial reporting execution. Perform some manual data entry into Navy ERP and other DoD systems to support financial reporting efforts and retain Key Supporting Documents (KSDs) that support Financial Improvement Audit Readiness (FIAR) audit readiness standards.
-5 years of experience with Logistics
-3 years of experience with financial analysis
-Experience with Microsoft products, including PowerPoint, Word, or Excel
-HS diploma or GED required
-Experience with building requirements in Engineering Change Requests (ECRs) for ERP systems
-Experience with writing test scripts to test ERP systems or document system functionalities or defects
-Experience with a Navy command
-Knowledge of the DON acquisition life cycle
-Knowledge of DON FIAR initiatives
-Ability to be a team player, work in a fast-paced environment, and adapt to changing circumstances
-Ability to travel 1-4 times a year to coordinate change management work with client locations in Charleston, SC and Norfolk, VA
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
