Regulatory Compliance Analyst Lead

Key Role:
Work directly with government representatives on audits or issues regarding government accounting compliance in a lead role within a Booz Allen Hamilton team. Lead the preparation of responses to government claims of non-compliance in business systems. Assist with the negotiation of financial claims by the company or government agencies. Participate in internal reviews of financial practices for Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance. Conduct internal training on government accounting regulations and their application at Booz Allen.

Basic Qualifications:
-5+ years of experience with government contract cost accounting, including Federal Acquisition Regulations (FARs), Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFARS), Cost Accounting Standards (CAS), and their applications
-Experience with responding to government audit requests and reports
-Experience with internal audits
-Experience with Microsoft Office Suite
-Experience with the preparation and support of annual incurred cost submissions
-Knowledge of DFARS business systems and internal controls
-Ability to communicate and present findings to different audiences at various levels throughout the organization
-Ability to obtain a security clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with ERP implementation
-Experience with SOX
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-Possession of excellent leadership and interpersonal skills
-BA or BS degree in Finance or Accounting
