Robotic Process Automation Developer

Key Role:

Work as a robotic process automation (RPA) developer for a DHS client. Support the client in implementing RPA, including using UiPath to allow the client's workforce to focus on high impact work instead of recurring tasks. Develop a scoring method to identify business process automation opportunities, analyze the to-be state for the selected business processes, develop and test the automation scripts, and train stakeholders on how to use and maintain the automation scripts.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience as a business systems analyst

-1+ years of experience with developing automations, including the collection and assessment of business process requirements

-Experience with building and deploying automations using software platforms, including UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Blue Prism

-Experience with working in an Agile development environment

-Ability to obtain a security clearance

-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with practical application of frameworks, methodologies, and approaches to address organizational process challenges

-Experience with eliciting requirements from business, including facilitating working sessions with various stakeholder and IT support teams

-Experience with business process workflow and reengineering and documenting business process flows and rules

-Experience with working in the DHS

-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
