-7 years of experience with Salesforce development
-3+ years of experience with architecture
-Experience with Salesforce.com, including Workflow Alerts and Actions and Approval Workflow
-Experience in programming with J2EE, HTML XML, SQL, or Oracle
-Knowledge of practical deployment in VisualForce, Flex, Salesforce configurations, Apex classes, APEX Web services, API, AppExchange deployment, or Salesforce.com s-controls
-Ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance required
-BS degree in CS or Engineering
-Salesforce Certification, including Administrator, Platform Developer, or Platform Developer 2
Nice If You Have:
-5-7 years of experience with full stack development
-Experience with Rational
-Experience with object-oriented design and 4+1 Architecture
-System Architect Salesforce Certification
