Software Defined Radio Engineering Analyst, Senior

Key Role:
Work as part of a diverse contract team supporting a DoD scientific and technical intelligence client and leverage expertise to perform in-depth technical analysis of the capabilities and vulnerabilities of foreign computer and communications systems. Author concise scientific and technical intelligence assessments in conformance with intelligence community analytic integrity standards to convey the results of the analysis to the client's DoD and intelligence community partners and consumers. Conduct analysis on the digital signal processing functionality and vulnerabilities of Software Defined Radios (SDR) and related computational hardware. Assist with the development of GNU radio or other simulation models to analyze the vulnerabilities previously identified, as needed. Coordinate analysis within the team and collaborate with multiple analytic partners across the DoD and intelligence community.

Basic Qualifications:
-5 years of experience with Digital Signal Processing (DSP) design or testing
-2 years of experience with working in a classified environment
-Experience with the modeling and analysis of Software Defined Radios (SDR)
-Experience with modeling tools, including GNU radio, Red Hawk, or SysLink interactive DSP modeling
-Ability to use software, including Microsoft Office for Word processing, developing, and maintaining spreadsheets and databases, and preparing presentations

-TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree

Additional Qualifications:
-Experience with all-source scientific and technical intelligence research, analysis, and production or analytic support to DoD and US government agencies
-Experience with radio frequency (RF) engineering

-Experience with assembly languages and reverse engineering tools
-Experience with telecommunications or military systems design
-Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
-BA or BS degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Physics, or CS preferred; MA or MS degree in EE, Computer Engineering, Physics, or CS degree a plus
