We're looking for a systems administrator to help us build and maintain the infrastructure supporting Air Force cyber protection teams.
As a systems administrator on our project, you'll troubleshoot, isolate and correct faults in both ranges and supporting environment and deploy pre-configured ranges using automated tools, scripts and manual methods, and ensure the current infrastructure is functional and available. You'll provide your customers insight into their network through monitoring and performance management. Your technical expertise will be vital as you identify problem areas and opportunities for improvement in a mission critical network. You'll help your team better understand the network by turning metrics into information and explaining their meaning. This is an opportunity to broaden your skillset into areas like virtual infrastructure, RedHat, Ubuntu, and Microsoft Servers. We focus on growing as a team, so you'll share your expertise through leadership and mentoring as you help the team work through challenges and develop new methodologies. As a technical leader, you'll identify new opportunities to modernize the network to help your customers meet their needs. - 3+ years of experience with system administration
- Experience with working in cyber virtual range environments
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Servers
- Experience with Microsoft Windows Workstations
- Experience with RedHat Enterprise Linux
- Knowledge of technologies, including VMware, Air Force Weapon Systems, and Linux-KVM
- Knowledge of troubleshooting techniques
- TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED

- Experience with Microsoft Active Directory rights and permissions
- Experience with installing and configuring Operating Systems
- Experience with VMware vSphere Infrastructure
- Experience in working with Air Force Cyber Weapon Systems
- Experience with configuring and maintaining firewalls
- Experience with Elastic Stack
- Experience in working with VMware PowerCLI
- Experience with Puppet
- BA or BS degree
