-5+ years of experience with systems engineering
-Experience in applying systems engineering with requirements analysis and allocation, architecture analysis and design, technology assessment, and metrics development
-Experience with developing and applying advanced methods, theories, and research techniques for the investigation and resolution of complex project requirements and technical specifications for software development projects
-Knowledge of the systems engineering lifecycle
-Knowledge of software development methodologies
-Ability to be a self-starter and work in a fast paced environment of rapidly changing requirements, including adapting to new technologies, and applying unique customized solutions to complex software engineering challenges
-Ability to travel in support of technical exchange meetings, program reviews, and system testing
-TS/SCI w/poly required
-BA or BS degree
-Experience in applying model-based systems engineering (MBSE) techniques to development and maintenance of technical baseline
-Experience in working with software development projects end-to-end lifecycle
-Experience with systems engineering analyses, including trade studies and functional analysis
-Experience in working with the user community to develop operational and technical system ConOps
-Knowledge of MagicDraw, System Architect or other MBSE application
-Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse team, and independently with minimal supervision
-BS in Engineering or Computer Science preferred
