-Experience with leading the operations of a production enterprise application
-Experience with control consistency, integrity monitoring, and health checks of the operating system and applications
-Knowledge of managing the schedule, performance, and quality of the systems development life cycle
-Knowledge of government policies and terminology supporting security requirements
-Active TS/SCI clearance
-BA or BS degree in Systems Engineering, CS, Information Systems, Engineering Science, or Engineering Management
