-7+ years of experience with technical work
-Experience with systems engineering
-Experience with software development practices and principles
-Experience with supporting Air Force work
-Experience with IT acquisition or Cyber operations
-BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
-Experience with software development, including Waterfall and Agile software development
-Experience with secure programming techniques and secure system design
-Experience with SAR/SAP a plus
-Experience with the systems engineering requirements management process, including Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) and the Air Force Systems Engineering Assessment Model (SEAM)
-Experience with the DoD acquisition process from either government or private development a plus
-Experience with public and private Cloud computing technologies
-Experience with Microsoft Office products, including Project
-Knowledge of current IT system design and deployment, including the design of scalable computing and network architectures
-Knowledge of best practices of the requirements process and the entire product life cycle
-Ability to work multiple project efforts and interface with multiple contracts at various levels
-Ability to comprehend various levers of abstraction, including high-level to detailed and generic to specific
-BA or BS degree in Computer, Systems, Software, Electrical, Network, or Cybersecurity Engineering or CS preferred; MA or MS degree a plus
