Tasking and Requirements Manager

Key Role:

Analyze the development and implementation of SOPs to establish uniform processes. Develop and maintain comprehensive trackers to track the status of coordination efforts, forecast logistical roadblocks, and enable timely planning, execution, and review of content in advance of events such as exercises, engagements with foreign partners, and other large-scale coordination efforts. Maintain and analyze business rules for DoD leadership tools or processes to enable leaders to identify trends, monitor risks, and prepare for several initiatives, as needed. Support defense planners with standing up exercises to evaluate client readiness for crisis scenarios and contribute to reports assessing success and failures of crisis exercises. Assist integrated intelligence centers with the tasking, management, and tracking of customer intelligence requirements and employ DoD and intelligence community (IC) software systems to receive, validate, route, research, and assign intelligence requirements to the appropriate divisions, branches, or offices. Compile, analyze, and present regular metrics on the volume and status of intelligence tasking. Engage with clients to ensure timely completion of tasks and represent the client office or center at agency-wide meetings regarding task status.

Basic Qualifications:

-3+ years of experience with providing senior executive-level administrative support to military and civilian leadership at the director and deputy director levels

-Experience with calendar management and short- and long-term scheduling

-Experience with Microsoft Office, including using Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and Outlook

-Ability to provide seamless support to senior-level executives

-Active TS/SCI clearance; willingness to take a polygraph exam

-HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience with task management, AA or AS degree and 7+ years of experience with task management, or BA or BS degree and 3+ years of experience with task management

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with E-Task or Coliseum

-Experience with working in the IC

-TS/SCI with a polygraph a plus

-PMP Certification a plus
