You're in your element working closely with other designers, developers, strategists, product owners, and signals intelligence (SIGINT) analysts. You balance the requirements and mission goals of SIGINT capabilities while remaining attentive to the needs of users. You believe in user-centered design principles and aim to create a cohesive user experience in everything you design.
Join our team, where together we will create wireframes, high fidelity mockups, and software prototypes to validate concepts with users and product teams and design from scratch new interfaces, workflows, and methods for performing analysis functions. You'll perform a variety of research skills, including workflow studies, user interviews, surveys, usability tests, and data analysis to gain an understanding of user needs and workflows. You'll conduct test and evaluation to validate and verify that digital solutions can be operated and maintained in their intended operational environment, within the intended users' performance capabilities, and meet human factors design criteria.
