Support the fast-paced client environment and team by configuring and maintaining Cisco voice communication technologies. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems using expert knowledge of SIP, SCCP, and AS-SIP signaling and call-flows. Troubleshoot remote site registration, signaling, and media problems. Configure route lists, device profiles, calling search spaces, and route partitions. Resolve interoperability problems to obtain operations across all platforms, including e-mail, files transfer, multimedia, and teleconferencing. Manage Internetworking of various operating systems, including Windows NT and 95 and one or more versions of UNIX across both LAN and WAN. Monitor performance and stability of networks and configure systems to user environments.
-5+ years of experience with Cisco voice communication technologies
-2+ years of experience with Cisco Uniform Call Manager (CUCM)
-Experience with Cisco and SONUS Session Border Controller (SBCs)
-Knowledge of Secure Real-Time Transport Protocol (SRTP), including associated G.711 and G.729 codecs and Digital Tone Multi Frequency (DTMF)
-Ability to obtain a security clearance required
-BS degree in Engineering or 8+ years of experience with Cisco voice communication technologies required
-Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Call Manager 11.5
-Experience with DoD voice architectures
-Active Secret clearance preferred
