Wargaming Analyst, Senior
Act as the senior mentor and coach to the commander in both the Fleet Synthetic Training (FST) and Live, Virtual, Constructive (LVC) training environment during synthetic training events. Assess the level of readiness of the team that is being trained using National Mass Evacuation Tracking System (NMETs) and NTAs aligned with CSG-15,C3F, and C7F training assessment criteria. Provide post event lessons learned and after action report to detail the training audience's readiness level prior to certification and movement to live training phase and provide feedback on the training teams performance and areas of improvement.
-25+ years of experience as a Naval Warfare SME with assignments as a CSG, ESG N3, Chief of Staff, PHIBRON CDR, CSG or ARG Warfare Commander, or deployed command at the Major Command level operating in the CWC structure
-Experience with conducting formalized training and impromptu training
-Experience with the Navy planning process
-Experience with the Marine Corp planning process
-Knowledge of the Optimized Fleet Response Plan (OFRP) Advanced and Integrated Phases of training
-BA or BS degree
-Possession of excellent consulting skills
-Possession of excellent oral and written communications skills
-Possession of excellent client facing skills
-Possession of excellent team building skills
-Possession of excellent mentoring skills
