Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System Integrator and Trainer

Key Role:

Provide timely research and analysis of current Global Unmanned Aircraft System threats to identify high-value gaps and leverage expertise in the development of innovative training solutions for soldiers and Staff. Employ research and analysis to counter these threats using Counter-Unmanned Aircraft System (C-UAS) equipment and methodologies and mounted and dismounted Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures. Provide C-UAS instruction and integration for military personnel conducting Home Station and Combat Training Center exercises. Integrate, plan, synchronize, coordinate, and facilitate all live, virtual, constructive, and gaming C-UAS assets available for home station training using blended learning techniques.

Basic Qualifications:

-5+ years of experience with the military

-Experience with Unmanned Aircraft Systems

-Experience with Electronic Warfare

-Secret clearance 

-HS diploma or GED and 10 years of experience with threat training, BA or BS degree and 6 years of experience with threat training, or MA or MS degree and 3 years of experience with threat training

-Ability to obtain a Certified Military Instructor, equivalent civilian instructor certification, or complete the Booz Allen-approved training course within 180 days of start date

Additional Qualifications:

-Experience with being deployed in a combat or combat advisor role

-Experience with integrating live, virtual, constructive, and gaming warfighting training

-Experience as an Observer Controller

-Experience with conducting After Action Reviews
