Electronic Warfare Mechanical Engineer, Senior
Employ mechanical engineering proficiencies for the design, development, analysis, investigation, and test of electromagnetic warfare systems and technologies. Apply standard and advanced hardware design methods for the investigation and solution of complex technical problems. Support both laboratory and field experimentation and data exploitation during testing and development. Collaborate with engineers and physicists to explore optimal solutions for a variety of problems in electromagnetic technology and systems development.
-5+ years of experience with mechanical engineering
-5+ years of experience with design, assembly, execution, and analysis of electro-mechanical systems
-5+ years of experience with CAD tools for custom hardware design and fabrication for experimentation, prototyping, testing, and fielding
-5+ years of experience in interfacing and working effectively with various groups of engineers, scientists, and technicians
-BS degree in Engineering
-2+ years of experience with naval electromagnetic warfare, including AN/SLQ-32, SLQ-59, SLQ-62, ALQ-248, NULKA, AN/SSX-1, MK-53, MK-36, or MK-59 programs
-2+ years of experience with shipboard electromagnetic warfare systems preferred
-2+ years of experience with combat systems integration preferred
-TS/SCI clearance preferred
-MS degree in Engineering preferred
