As a HUMINT targeter on our team, you'll explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to produce written products and verbal briefings that help the client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. You'll learn how to validate information and apply client tradecraft as you help build assessments for both the warfighter and key policy makers. This is a chance to grow your expertise and develop new skills in all source analysis, briefing, writing, and critical thinking. You'll also share your skills with other analysts. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. -4+ years of experience with conducting OSINT, counterintelligence, or transnational threat analysis
-Experience with DoD CI or HUMINT targeting tools, methodologies, regulations, and policies
-Experience with Managed Attribution and OSINT tool sets
-Experience with the European AOR
-Experience with working in a Joint Combatant Command environment
-Ability to demonstrate expertise in an Eastern European language
-BA or BS degree
Nice If You Have:
-2+ years of experience with conducting DoD HUMINT targeting operations at the tactical or operational level
-Ability to work shifts, as needed
-Possession of excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
-Possession of excellent verbal and written communication skills
-TS/SCI clearance with a polygraph
-Graduate of the Joint HUMINT Analysis and Targeting Course (JHATC) or other HUMINT targeting course
Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.
