Organizational Talent Consultant

Key Role:

Serve as a consultant to design, implement, and evaluate organizational programs that directly impact the talent of federal government health market clients. Apply functional expertise in areas including strategic planning, workforce planning, organizational assessment, organization design, business process design and optimization, program evaluation, training design and development, leadership development, change management, employee communications, succession management, career development, survey research, or human capital strategic planning. Apply knowledge of federal talent management trends and issues. Contribute to a variety of organizational talent projects and organizational talent management business development initiatives.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience with providing strategic organizational consulting services impacting talent
  • Experience in at least three organizational talent management functional areas, including strategic planning, workforce planning, organizational assessment, organization design, business process design and optimization, program evaluation, training design and development, leadership development, change management, employee communications, succession management, career development, survey research, or human capital strategic planning
  • Ability to apply strong consultative skills, including designing and executing data collection methodologies, performing quantitative and qualitative data analyses, and preparing briefings for senior-level audiences
  • Ability to obtain a security clearance
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Industrial Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Human Capital Management, or Organizational Development

Additional Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in government consulting or working for the federal government
  • Experience in supporting health-focused organizations
  • Ability to contribute to projects in a fast-paced, high-intensity, team-oriented environment
  • Possession of excellent consulting skills
  • Master's degree
