As an open source intelligence specialist, you use your specialized technical experience and your attention to detail to develop products and analytic assessments to give your client the actionable intelligence and context they need. As an open source intelligence specialist on our team, you'll help your client understand their operational landscape and mission environment. Using your understanding of various collection platforms, you'll explore new data sources, build effective queries, and combine information from a variety of sources. You'll validate information and apply client tradecraft as you build assessments for warfighters and policy makers. As the authority on your problem set the client will look to you for time critical recommendations, often under pressure. This is a chance to grow your expertise, develop new skills in open source intelligence, and share your methodologies with other professionals. We focus on growing as a team to deliver the best support to our customers, so you'll have resources for mentoring and learning new skills and tools. - 5+ years of experience with open source systems, tradecraft, and methodologies to conduct research, collection, or analysis
- Experience with accessing, researching, and exploiting open source digital platforms and resources to develop intelligence products
- Knowledge of advanced internet-based research, including Boolean logic, advanced research techniques, search engine and database resources, and resource validation
- Ability to travel throughout Europe to facilitate cooperation with other team countries
- Active TS/SCI clearance
- HS diploma or GED and 10 years of experience as an OSINT Analyst or BA or BS degree and 6 years of experience as an OSINT Analyst
Nice If You Have:
- Knowledge of special operations forces (SOF) capabilities and intelligence or collection activities
- Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
